Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and use the app only where permitted by law. If you are under the age required to consent to these terms in your region, a parent or guardian must approve your use.
Community conduct
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, cheat, manipulate matches or leaderboards, upload unlawful or objectionable profile content, or attempt to access another account or restricted service. Use the in-app report and block controls when another player violates these rules. We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect players and the service. We review every report and act on objectionable content or abusive users within 24 hours, including removing the content and suspending the account.
Gameplay and virtual items
Matches, rankings, XP, achievements, pins, and other virtual items are entertainment features with no cash value. We may correct results or inventory affected by abuse, refunds, technical failure, or rule violations. Service configuration and available content may change prospectively without rewriting already-settled rewards.
Purchases
Purchases use the App Store or Google Play and are subject to the store's payment and refund terms. Prices shown by the native store are authoritative. Restorable entitlements can be restored in Settings; consumed virtual items generally cannot be restored. Benefits are granted only after server verification and may be revoked after a refund or chargeback.
Availability and updates
We work to keep Let's Volley reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Matchmaking, email, notifications, stores, and other third-party systems may occasionally be unavailable. App updates may be required for security or protocol compatibility.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
